The role
You are responsible for the administrative and supporting processes involved in the purchase and sale of Zign products. This allows you to accurately keep track of the purchase and sales administration, financial administration and logistics processes. You also maintain good contact with customers and suppliers about current affairs.
As an administrative assistant commerce at Zign you have an extensive range of tasks. One moment you are checking a purchase invoice with the delivered goods, the next moment you are preparing a quote together with the Sales Manager. But with your communication and organizational skills, you know exactly what you need at what time for the best results.
What we are looking for
You stand firmly in your shoes and can speak clearly to customers and suppliers in both Dutch and English. Thanks to your organized and structured way of working, you are a beacon of peace in the administration.
Of course you have a background in business administration or business economics, with extensive experience and knowledge of bookkeeping. You have experience working with an ERP system, preferably with MS Business Central.
